A jury Thursday watched a videotaped conversation in which Liam McAtasney, the man accused of murdering Sarah Stern, talks in chilling detail of how he strangled his childhood friend and timing her death.
The secretly-taped conversation between McAtasney, 21, and his friend Anthony Curry occurred in Curry’s car in Bradley Beach on Jan. 31, 2017, days before McAtasney and his admitted accomplice, Preston Taylor, were arrested and charged in the killing Stern.
